The most frequently asked question

Plasma or LCD?

The choice is ultimately yours, there are pros and cons for both. Plasmas have more vivid colorings than LCD's and handle motion very well.LCD's don't suffer from screen burn which is where a high contrast image usually white will be retained on the screen when the screen has no image admittedly plasmas today handle this a lot better than the older models and some times they have screen wipes to help remove burnt in images, But LCD's do suffer from lag as a LCD needs to have a refresh rate these range from 2miliseconds to 8 milliseconds the lower the milliseconds the better the motion will be, a way of seeing this is to look at a LCD with fast moving things on it like a football match, for example watch the ball you will probably see a slight blur around the ball this is the lag.
